Quality Circles Implementation
Quality Circles were originated in 1962 and yet to this day they remain the most powerful approach to employee participation. However, it has proved vital that they are properly understood and properly implemented if success is to be achieved.
DHI is one of the worlds longest standing specialists and implementers of this concept. Commencing in the early 1970s David Hutchins has implemented company wide programmes in over 40 countries of the world. He established the Quality Circles Society in the UK which was a for-runner to the National Quality Circles Society.
This course is designed for those who wish to implement a Quality Circles programme and to be sure of success.
