Target audience: Typically personnel involved in training and people development but in fact it can be anyone at any level who will be concerned with the support or Facilitation of Improvment teams whether they wish to be Six Sigma Facilitators, Lean Manufacturing Facilitators, Kaizen Facilitators or Quality Circles Facilitators etc.

Facilitator Training Course description:
‘To facilitate’ means to ‘make possible’ or to ‘make easy’. It is now widely accepted that any programme of change management requires facilitatiors but often the people chosen lack the skills to do the job properly. DHI were one of if not the first organisation in the UK to use the term 'facilitator' in business performance improvement programmes and we have developed a very effective facilitator training course whether they be facilitating Six Sigma, Lean, Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen or other initiatives. In addition to the training we can give good guidance as to the selection of facilitators since the personal characteristics are also critical to success.

Background to our faciltiator Training Course
From our research we find that the success or failure of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and other Busuness Performance Improvement programmes often hinges on the choice and training of Facilitators and yet very few of the training programmes for either Six Sigma Black Belt or Six Sigma Green Belt include these skills.
This course is based on our more than 25 years experience in the training of many hundreds of facilitators for all kinds of Business performance Improvement Programme. It is totally participative with many role plays and feedback sessions to reinforce the learning process.
