Step 1.    

Provisional registration. Please confirm with us, the fees relevant to the courses that you intend to take (you may do this before sending the CQI membership form if you wish)  This is NOT a booking merely a confirmation of fees and possible course start dates and to enable us to plan the appointment of the relevant tutor if intending a Distance Learning package. He/she may call you following this. You may use the 'Contact us' link at the top of the page for this purpose and either email or phone.

 
Step 2.

Obtain CQI Membership. This may be done by downloading and completing the attached form and sending it directly to the CQI  NOT the Education Centre.

 
Step 3.

After membership has been acknowledged please then please download form ED-03 (click on Form) and send directly to us together with the fee.  If you wish to sign up for just a single Unit please follow the same procedure but let us know so that we can invoice for the correct amount.

 
Step 4

 
Return completed form ED-03 together with the agreed fees directly to us. You may pay this either by PayPal, electronically by Bank Transfer, (Bank  details as follows and please email the form to this email address)   or by post with cheque made out to David Hutchins Innovation.

Certificates and the Diploma: To check the fee for full courses which includes all examination fees and VAT and 10% discount
