We are very conscious that many of the students of our CQI registered Education Centre are individuals paying for their courses out of their own pocket, sometimes they may be concerned about possible redundancy and we respect that.
Also, many of our students come from less wealthy countries.

Our fees and value for money are unchallengable from a non subsidised organisation operating from a Western hemisphere industrialised nation and the service we offer will be unsurpassable. Continual improvement at a rate equal to or better than any alternative services in quality, price and delivery is the drive at the core of our business.
As a consequence, we try to work on the tightest of margins but at the same time offer the best possible service available.
We are fortunate in that David Hutchins our principal has worked all over the world, (check 'case studies') has conducted extensive training and most importantly, implementation of the quality sciences and disiplines across the breadth and depth of its spectrum, in fact, there is nothing in the whole of the sylabus for these courses or in the CQI Body of Quality knowledge that he has not had extensive experience in their application. He has written many books, collated a huge amount of materials all from personal experience and all of this knowledge , materials and experience is available to our students.

David personally knew all of the so called Quality gurus, in particular Dr Juran with whom he co presented for a decade until his retirement and with Professor Ishikawa in his later years as well.
